1. Set your mindset in the right direction through positive and healthy habits.
2. Nourish your body with the right foods that will assist towards your goal, not just foods that are classified as “healthy.”
3. Engage in activity that actually makes you feel good, and drives you to achieve more each and every day.
All participants will be provided with a tracking sheet that will allow them to document all 3 areas of the challenge, with the option to add on Personal Training sessions and/or Certified Nutritionist Consults with CN Nutrition

Plus an individualised, prescriptive meal plan that includes: main meals, snacks, training nutrition and guides/tips to overcome your personal barriers to following the plan.
